A (3,6,6)
A uniform polyhedron of type (3,6,6): the vertices are all equal and around each vertex there are an equilateral triangle and two regular hexagons.
This polyhedron can be obtained by sectioning a hypercube with a 3-space perpendicular to the direction that joins two opposite vertices. Here you can see a section with a parallel 3-space, or the analogous phenomenon on a cube.
