A chessboard
Hasami Shogi, a game of strategy and war of Japanese origin. It is a version of the Shogi, that is said to be "the Japanese game of chess".
The chessboard without pieces has dihedral symmetry of type D4 and the initial disposition of the pieces (shown in the photo) makes it a symmetry of type D1.
