Cuboctahedron and rhombic dodecahedron
If you place a cube and an octahedron so that the edges of one are orthogonal to the edges of the other at their midpoint, the intersection of the two solids is a cuboctahedron, while the vertices of the two polyhedra are the vertices of a rhombic dodecahedron.
