Tessellations of the plane made of quadrilaterals
Can we tessellate the plane using only this quadrilateral as a tile? Yes, we can (it is possible for every quadrilateral. Moreover, if we rotate of 180° the quadrilateral around the middle point of one of its sides, we get a hexagon with equal and parallel opposite sides and these hexagons tessellate the plane.
