*22∞ or 2*∞?
Friezes on a the lower part of this minaret in Kalta-Minor Khiva intra-muros (Uzbekistan); if we imagine to unroll the column on a plane, we get the scheme of symmetry of a frieze of type *22∞, if we consider just one strip or an odd number of strips; we get a frieze of type 2*∞ if we take two strips or an even number of strips.
